1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 557u7 platform, including the website accessible at 557u7.app and any related mobile-optimised interfaces, progressive web application (PWA) shortcuts, and associated services. By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet or wager on the 557u7 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

557u7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email to the registered address or via a platform notification at the time of next login. Continued use of the 557u7 platform following any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically for changes.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall be the definitive version in the event of any dispute or discrepancy. 557u7 serves the Bangladesh market and all monetary references in these Terms are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise stated.

Where these Terms conflict with the specific terms of any individual promotion, bonus offer, or game-specific rules, the more specific terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion or game, provided the specific terms have been clearly communicated to the Player at the time of the offer.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

The 557u7 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. It is illegal for persons under the age of 18 to use the 557u7 platform in any capacity, including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming bonuses. By accessing the 557u7 platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to use the 557u7 platform:

• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under local law as it applies to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual — not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 557u7 or any of its affiliated software or payment providers.
• You do not have an existing 557u7 account that has been suspended or permanently closed by 557u7 for any reason, including self-exclusion.
• You have not previously been excluded from gambling platforms due to problem gambling or similar reasons recognised by 557u7's responsible gaming programme.

557u7 takes age verification seriously. We employ automated screening and manual review processes to verify player age. Where age cannot be confirmed, or where there is reasonable suspicion that a user is under 18, 557u7 will immediately suspend access to the account and freeze any account balance pending a formal verification review. Winnings accumulated during a period where age eligibility was not confirmed may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access betting and gaming services on 557u7, you must first register a personal account. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the 557u7 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses associated with the duplicate accounts.

3.1 Registration Information

During account registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document, a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, a valid email address, your date of birth, and a secure password of your choosing. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

557u7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time, including before your first withdrawal is processed:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Valid passport (biographical data page)
• Bangladesh driving licence (front and back)
• Proof of address: recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial service statement (bKash, Nagad) dated within 90 days
• Proof of payment method: screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account showing the account holder's name and mobile number

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 calendar days of the request may result in account suspension. 557u7 will not process withdrawal requests for accounts that have not completed KYC verification for withdrawals exceeding ৳5,000.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 557u7 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to safeguard your password. You must notify 557u7 support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 557u7 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 557u7 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own standard transaction fees, for which 557u7 bears no responsibility.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Mobile financial service deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed instantly. Card deposits are subject to standard payment processing times of 1–5 minutes. 557u7 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit that triggers internal fraud or anti-money-laundering thresholds.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed within 30 minutes during operating hours of 09:00–23:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operating window. Withdrawals to Visa and Mastercard are subject to standard card payment processing times of 1–5 business days.

557u7 applies a requirement that the total amount deposited on any payment method must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal to that same payment method is approved. This is a standard anti-fraud measure designed to prevent the platform from being used as a fund transfer intermediary.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

557u7 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls in line with international best practice. We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or permanently block any withdrawal where we reasonably suspect the account is involved in money laundering, fraud, bonus abuse, or any other form of financial misconduct. All suspicious activity reports are handled confidentially and in accordance with our internal compliance procedures.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

557u7 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other events. The following general terms apply to all 557u7 bonus offers unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• Welcome Bonus: New players who make their first deposit via bKash or Nagad are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. The minimum qualifying deposit is ৳500. The bonus is credited to the player's account within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit being confirmed.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses issued by 557u7 carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x the combined value of the deposit and the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, after which the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will expire and be removed from the account.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the 557u7 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports bets contribute 100% of qualifying bets. Specific contribution rates are displayed within the terms of each individual bonus offer.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: Players with an active bonus balance are subject to a maximum withdrawal limit of ৳50,000 until the associated wagering requirement has been fully met. Requesting a withdrawal while a wagering requirement is in progress will forfeit the outstanding bonus balance.
• One Bonus Per Household: 557u7 limits welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method account. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through the creation of additional accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw: 557u7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Any modification will not affect bonuses already credited and accepted by players in good standing, subject to the wagering requirements remaining in force.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 557u7 sportsbook and all real-money play on 557u7 casino games are subject to the general rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific, market-specific, or game-specific rules displayed at the point of bet placement or game launch.

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets are final once confirmed by the 557u7 system. A bet confirmation message constitutes the formal record of the bet. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation unless 557u7 determines that the bet was accepted in error due to a manifest pricing error (see Section 6.3). Minimum single-bet stake is ৳50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the point of bet placement.

For cricket markets (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international series), 557u7 settles bets in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body — the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), the International Cricket Council (ICC), or the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) as appropriate. In the event of a match being abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result are bowled (per the official playing conditions of the tournament), all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

6.2 Casino & Live Dealer Rules

Casino and live dealer games are provided by third-party software suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The rules of each game — including return-to-player (RTP) percentages, bet limits, side bet availability, and payout structures — are governed by the respective game provider's certified rules, which are accessible within each game interface. 557u7 does not modify the underlying rules of any certified casino game.

In the event of a technical failure during a casino or live dealer game session (including server disconnection, power outage, or internet connectivity issues on the player's side), 557u7 will attempt to resolve the game state from server-side records. Where a game round was in progress at the time of disconnection and the server-side record is irrecoverable, the game round will be voided and the bet amount refunded to the player's account balance.

6.3 Manifest Errors

557u7 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, that was accepted as a result of a manifest error — defined as an obvious and unintentional mistake in the display of odds, lines, prices, or game outcomes. Examples of manifest errors include: odds displaying at 100 times their intended value, a live score feed displaying an incorrect score that affected in-play odds, or a casino game displaying an incorrect jackpot total due to a software fault. 557u7 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players of any manifest error settlement within 7 calendar days.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 557u7 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws as they apply to you personally, and to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any mechanical, artificial, or electronic device to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in any way that is not through normal manual human interaction.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the 557u7 software for financial gain. Any player who identifies a bug or error is required to report it to support immediately and must not exploit it. Exploitation of bugs will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all winnings derived from the exploit.
• Attempting to defraud 557u7 or other players through collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting schemes, or any other form of coordinated exploitation of betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions, or coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements artificially.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using the 557u7 platform to launder, conceal, or transfer the proceeds of criminal conduct.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during account registration or verification, or allowing another person to use your 557u7 account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward 557u7 staff or other players via any communication channel, including live chat.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

557u7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Provision of false or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (see Section 8.1 below).
• At the request of the account holder via a voluntary closure or self-exclusion request.
• As required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory instruction.

8.1 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 557u7 will send an email notification to the registered address 30 days before the account is classified as inactive. If no activity is recorded following this notification, an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month will be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero, at which point the account will be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support at [email protected].

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting the 557u7 support team via live chat or email. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided KYC verification has been completed. Bonus balances and any wagering requirements in progress will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a permanent self-exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed. 557u7 will make reasonable efforts to prevent self-excluded individuals from opening new accounts, but cannot guarantee interception in all cases.
